Érzelmi intelligencia fejlesztő program

Egyéni érzelmi intelligencia fejlesztő program a mesék segítségével (14 alkalom)



A program során megismerkedünk az alapérzelmekkel (öröm, szomorúság, harag, félelem, meglepődés, undor). Minden érzelemhez egy mesén keresztül visz az utunk és kapcsolódik hozzá egy alkotó óra is, ami segít az elmélyítésben. A program célja, hogy a gyerekek fel tudják ismerni, be tudják azonosítani érzelmeiket, hiszen ez az első lépés az érzelmek sikeres kezelésében. A program során megtanuljuk, hogyan figyeljük meg és fejezzük ki érzelmeinket. Ez a társas kapcsolódások szempontjából kimondottan fontos, valamint segíti egy pozitív énkép kialakulását.
